Every PECivilClick plan includes the Pass Guarantee. This page is the whole of it — what it covers, what we ask of you, how to claim it, and where it stops. If something here is unclear before you subscribe, email support@pecivilclick.com and ask.
What the guarantee covers
If you prepare with PECivilClick, sit the FE Civil or FE Mechanical exam, and do not pass, we extend your subscription free of charge until you sit again and pass. You are not charged for the extension, and there is no cap on the number of extensions while your claim stays valid.

What we ask of you
The guarantee is there for candidates who actually used the platform. We ask that you have worked through the study plan PECivilClick generated for your exam date before you sat the exam. We do not audit your account against a hidden percentage threshold, and we do not use partial completion as a reason to decline a claim that is otherwise in good faith.
How to claim
- Email support@pecivilclick.com from the address on your PECivilClick account.
- Attach or paste your NCEES result notification showing the attempt did not pass.
- We confirm and apply the extension. We aim to do this within 24 hours on business days.
You do not need to explain yourself, justify how you studied, or negotiate. The result notification is the only document we need.
Where the guarantee does not apply
- Exams other than FE Civil and FE Mechanical. PECivilClick does not sell PE exam preparation, so no PE result is covered.
- Accounts where the subscription was charged back or the payment was reversed.
- Shared or resold accounts. The guarantee follows the individual candidate on the account.
- A result you cannot document. We need the NCEES notification, not a description of it.
Refunds are a separate thing
The Pass Guarantee extends access; it is not a refund policy. Separately, every paid plan carries a 7-day money-back window — if the platform is not what you expected, email us inside those 7 days and we refund in full. After 7 days, refund requests are handled case by case. The Pass Guarantee applies whether or not you ever ask for a refund. Full terms live in our Terms of Service.
Why we publish this in full. Plenty of exam-prep guarantees are advertised in three words and defined in a paragraph nobody links to. We would rather you read the conditions before paying than discover them after failing. If a term here reads as unfair, tell us — that is useful feedback, not a complaint we will ignore.
