What We Use and Why
PECivilClick is a platform owned and operated by Tercero Tablada Civil and Structural Engineering Inc. PECivilClick is a registered DBA (Doing Business As) and is not a separate legal entity.
We use three kinds of cookies:
- Needed to run the site: they keep you signed in and remember your progress. They are always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us how the site is used, so we can fix what doesn't work.
- Advertising measurement: the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel tell us whether our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram bring people who sign up. These tools can recognize your browser on other websites that also use them.

Needed to Run the Site
These stay in your browser. We don't use them for advertising, and you can't turn them off without breaking the site.

Payments happen on Stripe's own checkout pages. Stripe sets its own cookies there to prevent fraud; card details never pass through our site.

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, on the public site and inside the app: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, shown to us as session replays and heatmaps. Clarity does not record passwords.
Advertising Measurement

If you are signed in to Google or Facebook, those companies may also use their own cookies. How they use the data is set out in the Google and Meta cookie policies.
Your Choice
The first time you visit, a banner offers Accept and Reject.
- If your browser is set to a European time zone (European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland), analytics and advertising cookies load only after you press Accept.
- Everywhere else, they load when you visit and stop when you press Reject. Rejecting also deletes their cookies on our site.
